Shipping policy

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship, including orders marked for express delivery. During times of high volume, orders may take up to 4-5 business days to ship. The estimated processing times will be displayed at checkout when you select your shipping method. 

You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier. 

On average, USA orders are delivered within 3-4 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO may take 5-7 business days. 

Orders to Canada generally arrive within 5-9 business days (not including processing time) for most provinces but can take longer depending on the province. Please review our Canada-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times in each province. 

Orders to the United Kingdom generally arrive within 1-3 business days (not including processing time) for most countries but can take longer depending on the country. Please review our UK-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times for each country. While most orders will ship out of the UK, select products may ship from our US facilities which will generally arrive in 5-7 business days. Please review transit time estimates which will be displayed at checkout. 

Orders to Europe generally arrive within 5-10 business days (not including processing time) for most countries but can take longer depending on the country. Please review our EU-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times for each country. While most orders will ship out of The Netherlands or the UK, select products may ship from our US facilities which will generally arrive in 10-15 business days. Please review transit time estimates which will be displayed at checkout. 

Orders to Australia and New Zealand generally arrive within 6-12 business days (not including processing time) for most regions but can take longer depending on the region. Please review our Australia + New Zealand-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times in each province. 

Orders to Mexico generally arrive within 10-15 business days (not including order + customs processing time) for most states but can take longer depending on the state. Please review our Mexico-specific shipping FAQ for more details.

We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

Package Protection is an optional service for extra support and coverage if your order is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. When added at checkout, it allows you to file a claim and, if eligible, receive an immediate option for a replacement or refund.

If you run into an issue with a protected package, reach out to our team as soon as possible. For orders that reflect delivered but not received or damaged items, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. For lost or delayed items, claims can be submitted starting 10 business days after the date of the last scan.

Please note that Package Protection is non-refundable. The cost is processed separately from your order and is not included in any return or refund for your purchase.

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO. We also ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and select European countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland).

Yes! We offer shipping to all provinces and territories in Canada. Standard Shipping arrives on average within 5-9 business days (not including processing time) and costs CA$11 on all orders under CA$110. We offer free shipping on orders to Canada over CA$110.

Yes! We offer shipping to all states in Mexico. Standard Shipping for Mexico arrives on average within 10-15 business days (not including order + customs processing times) and costs $300 MXN on all orders under $1,500 MXN. We offer free shipping on orders to Mexico over $1,500 MXN.

Please note that transit times do not include the following:  

• Order processing: 1-3 business days, or 4-5 business days in times of high order volume.  
• Customs processing: 2-5 business days

Yes! We offer shipping to all states and territories in Australia as well as all regions in New Zealand. Standard Shipping for Australia arrives on average within 6-12 business days (not including processing time) and costs $18 AUD on all orders under $120 AUD. We offer free shipping on orders to Australia over $120 AUD.

Yes! We offer shipping to all countries in the United Kingdom. Standard Shipping arrives on average within 1-3 business days (not including processing time) and costs £7 on all orders under £45. We offer free shipping on orders to the UK over £45.

For Canada, duties are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to Canada. Tax is added separately at checkout.

For the United Kingdom and Europe, both duties and VAT are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to the UK or Europe.

For Australia and New Zealand, both duties and GST are included in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to Australia and New Zealand.

For Mexico, both duties and VAT are included in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to Mexico.

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and select European countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland).

Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations. 

Within the US, Canada, and UK, rhode is available in all free-standing Sephora locations and on Sephora.com. Product availability varies by store, so please reach out to your local Sephora for assistance.

Within Australia and New Zealand, rhode is also available in select free-standing MECCA locations and on MECCA.com. Product availability varies by store, so please reach out to your local Mecca store for assistance.

Starting September 2026, rhode is coming to Sephora in Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain (including Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey.
